RESPONSIBILITIES & BACKGROUND
Mr. Lewis is the VP of Construction for Quantum North America. Mr. Lewis is responsible for all construction operations and brings to Quantum a diverse background and a passion for the construction industry.
Previously Mr. Lewis has held leadership positions at large mechanical design/build construction companies having had responsibility for project operations, virtual design and construction groups, and large high-volume fabrication shops. He has extensive experience in managing large projects across many vertical markets including healthcare, higher education, hospitality, corporate campus, petro-chemical, power and energy, and design/build industrial.
Mr. Lewis graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management and has spent the last 15 years in Texas with his lovely wife Jessica in the DFW area. Together they have 4 boys and spend most of their time outdoors on a ball field or hiking in state parks.
Mr. Lewis also actively volunteers and serves his community as school board member of Arlington Classics Academy, and Cubmaster of Pack 52 Cub Scouts (BSA) in Arlington, TX. Previously he has served on the board of directors for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Dallas, and the National Technology Committee for the Mechanical Contractors Association of America.
RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE

TCU Worth Greek Hills Village - Fort Worth, TX Ground up construction of new student residential housing consisting of 11 new buildings with complete HVAC, Plumbing, and Building Automation Systems. Also included were facility upgrades to the existing campus central plant to accommodate the new construction.

One Main Place - Dallas, TX Renovation of an existing historical high-rise building in downtown Dallas to a Westin Hotel and Event Center. Consists of HVAC and plumbing work to retrofit and upgrade the existing central plant to support the new building use. The project also included completing a new build out of 345 hotel rooms, 6 floors of multi-use ballrooms, conference rooms, restaurant, multiple kitchens, bar and laundry areas.

State Farm Corporate Campus - Richardson, TX Ground up construction of 1.5 million square feet of commercial office, call center, and corporate office facilities. A LEED Gold certified building with energy recovery systems on each of three towers.

Oxane Materials - Van Buren, AK Design/Build addition to an industrial manufacturing facility consisting of process piping, equipment, and controls. Included large rotary kilns and other custom proprietary equipment to manufacture synthetic fracking sand.

Golden Plains Community Hospital - Borger, TX Ground up construction of a regional community hospital with surgery suites.

Grand Prairie AFRC - Grand Prairie, TX Ground up construction of training facilities, barracks, and equipment service center.

Berg Pipe – Mobile, AL Installation of a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) with heat recovery at a steel pipe manufacturing facility.

Kaneka Chlorine Unit – Pasadena, TX Ground up construction of a PVC pellet production facility as a raw material for pipe production.

Delek Refining – Tyler, TX Renovation and expansions of jet fuel production, storage, and distribution lines.
